Staff scans guest QR
The guest presents their QR code (from email, Apple Wallet, or Google Pass). Staff scans it with any phone or tablet.
System assigns printer
The screen instantly shows the guest's name, segment (VIP, Press, General), custom fields (table number, session hall, meal preference), and which printer to send them to. No lists, no searching.
Badge prints, guest enters
The badge prints automatically at the assigned printer. Staff hands it over. Guest attaches it and walks in. Total time: under 15 seconds.
Large venues, multiple gates β fully coordinated
Define any number of printers and group them by gate before the event. Example: Gate A has printers 1A, 1B, 1C β Gate B has printers 2A, 2B. When staff opens the scanning screen, they select their gate. When they scan a guest QR, the system automatically routes the badge to one of that gate's available printers and tells the staff member which one to direct the guest to. No coordination calls, no confusion.
Walk-in guests: self-service, zero staff involvement
Unregistered guests no longer tie up your registration desk. They scan the on-site registration QR with their own phone, fill the form themselves, and receive their entry QR instantly. For paid events, they complete the payment online on the same phone β so neither registration nor payment ever creates a queue.
Event QR at reception
The organizer prints the event registration QR code from the system and places it at the reception area β on a stand, a screen, or a poster.
Guest scans and fills form
The walk-in guest scans the QR with their phone. A registration form opens. They fill in their own details β name, company, title, topics of interest. No staff involved.
Entry QR delivered instantly
On submission, the system registers the guest and sends their entry QR code immediately β by email or SMS. If the event requires payment, the guest completes it online from their own phone before the QR is issued β no cash desk, no card terminal, no queue.

If the guest consents, an exhibitor at a stand can scan the badge QR using their company panel. The guest's contact details and stated topics of interest flow directly into that company's lead pool. No business cards. No manual data entry. Consent-based, clean data.
Guest controls their own data
