Personalized name bar
A colored bar below the banner shows the event name on the left and the guest's own name on the right. Every invitation is unmistakably theirs.
Event details & custom fields
Event name, personalized greeting, description, and any custom fields defined for the event β session hall, companion allowance, meal preference, or any other information relevant to that guest.
Date with one-tap calendar save
Event date displayed with a button to add it directly to Outlook, Google Calendar, or iCloud. One tap β done. No more 'I forgot to save it.'
Venue with one-tap navigation
Venue name and full address. A tap on the navigation button opens Apple Maps or Google Maps directly to the event location. No copy-pasting, no searching.
RSVP confirmation & entry QR
At the bottom: 'Will you attend?' with Yes and No buttons. Below that, the guest's unique QR code for event entry. The same page serves as both invitation and entry ticket.
Always one tap away β even offline
Guests can add their invitation to Apple Wallet or Google Pass directly from the invitation page. Once added, the event appears in their wallet alongside their boarding passes and loyalty cards.
Geofencing technology means the invitation surfaces automatically on the lock screen when the guest approaches the venue β or when the event time arrives. No need to open an app, search an email, or remember a link. The entry QR is right there.

Upload your event cover image, set the accent color for the name bar and buttons, and the system generates a branded invitation for every guest automatically. Invitation sent as a personalized email. The guest clicks the link and opens their invitation page in their browser. Full open and click tracking included.
SMS delivery
